Sponsorship elements may be combined.  All prices mentioned are net prices to which the statutory VAT of 19% will have to be added.

 

Main Sponsor

Contribution: 2.000 Euro plus 19% VAT / Benefits:

  • Priority allocation of exhibition stand (deadline: 14 days after the beginning of the registration period)
  • Display of promotional banner (provided by the exhibitor) at the entrance of the conference building (size 6,80 m (width, with 12 eyelets) x 0,80 m (height, with 4 eyelets), 50 per cent of banner space is reserved for AGMB content (e.g. logo)
  • One DIN A4 page (provided by the exhibitor), printed on one or both sides, printed black and white or in color, inserted in the printed conference program
  • Acknowledgement from the AGMB chair during the opening address to the conference, on the front cover of the printed conference program ("Mit freundlicher Unterstützung durch die Fa. XY" (i.e. "Courtesy of ...") + corporate logo) and in the list of participants, as well as mention in the list of sponsors

 Special Sponsorship Opportunities

  • Conference Program: Advertising insert in the conference program and full page advertisement on back cover.
    Contribution: 750 Euro plus 19% VAT
  • Coffee break: Placing a Roll-Up Display (Provided by the sponsor) in front of a catering desk during one specific coffee break. The chair of the previous session will advise that the coffee break is supported in the courtesy of company xy.
    Contribution: 350 Euro plus 19% VAT
  • Companies are welcomed to bring in more suggestions, e.g. lanyards, advertising posters...
    Pricing for individual sponsoring shall be negotiated individually.

Local Sponsoring

Show Case at the university library foyer:
The university libraries display cabinet at the libraries foyer (dimensions: 160 cm x 75 cm x 10 cm) can be arranged duruing the conference. The library building is located next to banquette hall building and will be visited by the conference participants.
Contribution: 150 Euro plus 19% VAT

Farewell Snack:
The participants of the meeting receive a snack lunch on Wednesday starting at noon. For more information please contact the local committee.

Sweeten the participation of the meeting:
The participants get a package of Manner wafers in their meeting bag. This form of Neapolitan wafers is a traditional sweet from Vienna. The logo of the sponsor, which is provided by the sponsor as a sticker sticks on the package.
Contribution: 500 Euro plus 19% VAT

T-Shirts:
The members of the local committee will wear Polo shirts or T-Shirts during the congress provided by the sponsor. This clothing is labelled with the logo of the sponsor and AGMB content. The sponsors logo can be placed on the back or the front of zhe shirts (maximum size 30 cm x 10 cm).

Product Reviews

Fee: 600 € plus VAT. (including registration fee for 2 company staff members)

Companies interested in presenting their products and developments at the meeting have the opportunity to do so by giving a product review in the lecture hall. The product reviews will take place on Tuesday from 11:40 to 14:05 and from 16:25 to 17:00. Additional appointments on Monday vrom 10:05 to 13:50.
Apart from catering services, there will be no further conference activities during these time slots reserved exclusively for the product reviews.

Duration: 20-minute presentation on Tuesday, during the time slot starting at 11:40 or 15-minute presentation on Tuesday, during the time slot starting at 16:25  (+ 5 minutes for preparation)

Allocation on a first come, first served basis
