Invitation to the accompanying virtual exhibition and product reviews
Dear Sir or Madam,
This year's annual conference of the Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Medizinisches Bibliothekswesen e. V. (AGMB) will take place online from September 20 to 22, 2021. It bears the motto "AGMB 2021: Reliable even in stormy times". On behalf of the AGMB, we would like to cordially invite you to an accompanying virtual trade exhibition.
We offer you the possibility to book a virtual booth on all 3 days during the conference, which we will link and advertise on the conference website. The link will lead to a room set up by yourself, where you will be available for contacting the participants as well as drawing attention to your products. Design, organization, moderation and content lie within your own responsibility. The booth fee this year is 800 EUR. Alternatively, you can also book individual days only and note this on the registration form. The single price for one day is 350 EUR for one booth.
We would also like to give you the opportunity to present your products and developments live in a 20-minute product review. This year, these product reviews will be embedded in the conference program and will take place after each presentation or between two presentations (cf. overview Product Reviews). The dates for the product reviews will be allocated according to the time of receipt of your registration and depending on the conference program. The costs for a Product Review are 700 Euro.
All prices quoted are exclusive of the statutory value-added tax of 19 %.

The complete invoicing in connection with the conference will be handled by the AGMB board. For this purpose we will forward your booking requests, offers and wishes to the treasurer of the AGMB, Dr. Elisabeth Müller.
If you would like to participate in the conference with a booth and/or a product review, please register via this form by April 30, 2021 at the latest. If you are registering for a product review, we also ask that you send an abstract for the conference program to Ms. Härter by April 30, 2021. Furthermore, we need your current company logo in one of the common formats with a max. resolution in height and width of 1350 px.
Please note that in case of cancellation of booked booths and product reviews until 30.6.2021 50% of the fees will be charged, in case of later cancellation the total amount.
